  • Mandarin (Citrus reticulata),

    Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia),

    Roman Chamomile (Anthemis nobilis).

    +Limonene, linalool, citronellol - naturally occurring in essential oils.

    100% organic essential oils.

  • Diffuse 2-4 drops 30-60 mins on/30-60 mins off

    Dilute in carrier oil/lotion for massage – 1 drops to 10ml carrier (dilutions are far less for children)

    Add to bath 2-4 drops max, diluted in carrier eg white base lotion, carrier oil, honey, or wash base gel.

    * Never add essential oils to the bath neat - essential oils and water do not mix, and the essential oils will separate to the surface of the water and can cause significant skin irritation/burn
