Diffuse 4-7 drops 30-60 mins on/30-60 mins off
1-2 drops on a tissue
Dilute in carrier oil/lotion for self-massage – 15 drops to 50ml carrier (around chest, solar plexus, lower back and soles of feet particularly soothing and grounding)
Add to bath 4-7 drops max, diluted in carrier eg white base lotion, carrier oil, honey, or wash base gel
* Never add essential oils to the bath neat - essential oils and water do not mix, and the essential oils will separate to the surface of the water and can cause significant skin irritation/burn
